This Halsey Street brownstone was converted into multi-unit residences in a thriving upcoming Bedford-Stuyvesant historic district with homes from the late 1870s to early 1890s. Updates include foundation repair, radiant heated floors, new stairwells, and a green space in the backyard. The material selection won the 2016 design week awards in Milan, Italy.
