One of our recurring clients reached out to ZKC NY to transform their empty second floor into an office space in the South Bronx. Having worked with us on previous projects, we were entrusted to customize the space to their needs, select materials, and maximize the use of daylight for the open office area. With the understanding that meeting the client’s occupancy date was crucial, the full interior renovation was delivered ahead of schedule.  

Letting the quality and speediness of our work speak for itself is what led the landlord to hire ZKC NY to complete the interior fit-out of the third and fourth floors for another tenant. The new office renovation in the building had a tight schedule to deliver a high security government space.
