1040 Park Avenue Residence
1040 Park Ave is a gut renovation with intentions to maximize space throughout. The kitchen includes a movable island for flexibility of space. An enlarged master bath includes a double vanity and shower stall. Expanded storage areas includes a walk-in closet for the master bathroom and coat closet at the main entrance.
The circulation of the overall layout was enhanced by moving the entrance from the kitchen to a grand entrance with custom wainscoting and floor design that flows into the living room with added access to both bedrooms. The entrance design includes custom wainscotting and floor design established in collaboration with the client.
